Order Information
Information about order creationg, order status and payment information
You will receive the following notifications by email:
- Order Registration
- Your oligo order is sent and is waiting for our Incoming order QC. Status: Waiting
- Order Confirmation
- Incoming order QC queries resolved, if any. Ready for synthesis. Status: Received
While we are processing your order, the status will differ, this is there explanation.
- Waiting (Oligo order is not sent or is waiting for the Incoming order QC)
- Received (Incoming order QC queries resolved, if any. Ready for synthesis)
- Running (In synthesis)
- Shipped (Passed QC of oligo synthesis. Packed and shipped to customer)
- Invoiced (Invoiced sent to customer)
For payment, TAG Copenhagen accepts Electronic Funds Transfer.
Payment terms are net 30 days. There is also an opportunity to set up an account should this setup be more convenient for your organization.
Catalog prices are subject to change without any further notice.
Delivery Information
Our default courier for deliveries within Europe is PostNord.
For deliveries outside Europe we use DHL.
Please let us know should you have other requirements, as we do work with all courier operators.
Delivery time (with PostNord): 1 working day.
Free delivery on orders of min. 300 DKK (40 €).
Orders below 300 DKK, we charge 30 DKK.
*Other factors may contribute to an increased shipping price.Delivery time (with PostNord): 2-3 working days.
Free delivery (with PostNord) on orders of min. 70 €.
Orders below 70 €, we charge 8 €.
Optional delivery form: Courier service with DHL is 40 € (1 day delivery).

Free delivery on orders of min. 300 €.

Our customer-defined products have different in-house turnover times. Please see the specific product for the in-house turnover time.
